Shipping Policy and Terms of Agreement

By proceeding with the payment for your order, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions, which constitute a binding agreement between you (the “Customer”) and [NOMAYOMA LTD] (the “Company”):

  1. Transfer of Risk and Title:
    Upon the shipment of goods from the Company's facility or designated dispatch point, all risk of loss, damage, or delay passes to the Customer. Title to the goods transfers to the Customer upon successful payment and shipment initiation.

  2. Carrier Liability:
    The Company shall not be held liable for any damage, destruction, loss, delay, or mishandling of goods occurring during transit. The Customer acknowledges that the carrier, whether chosen by the Customer or the Company, shall be solely responsible for the safe transport and delivery of the goods.

  3. Insurance:
    While the Company does not provide shipping insurance as a standard practice, the Customer may request and arrange for shipping insurance at their expense to cover potential losses during transit. Requests for shipping insurance must be communicated in writing prior to shipment.

  4. Inspection of Goods:
    Upon delivery, it is the Customer’s responsibility to inspect the goods for damage. Any claims for damage, shortage, or non-delivery must be made directly with the carrier in accordance with their claims process and policies.

  5. Agreement to Terms:
    By completing payment, the Customer affirms their understanding of and agreement to these terms, waiving any claim against the Company for damage, loss, or delay occurring during transit. It is further agreed that the Company is not obligated to provide replacement, repair, or refund for items damaged or lost once the goods have been dispatched.

  6. Governing Law:
    This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located.
